General Question about Payment VM Plugin Requirements WIKI

hi,

I'm still kind of new to the PHP and creating joomla plugin game, and I am using this for VM 2 and Joomla 2.5 just in case it's outdated or something, don't wanna make my plugin and end up being wrong and have to drastically change everything.
