Probably something doesn't allow you to see deeply in the problem: "Why my web site is slow?".

Just as an example, your web shop use - http://www.anchortex.com/templates/system/css/system.css

And this file for unknown reason is not compressed.

Caching alone is not always FULLY responsible for slow performance.
