How to make a discount for a specific manufacturer?

Hello,

In despite my extensive research, i have an unanswered question about discount products.
Maybe you will help me...

Here's my situation.
I set my Virtuemart 2 to sell clothes. So I have Category that correspond to the type of clothing (pants, skirts, t-shirt etc ...) and Vendors that I have configured as trademarks.

It's almost sold days and I have more than 10,000 items in my database. I wish to make ​​a 20% discount on a vendor and 30% on another etc ...
My question is : how to apply vendor discount without go on each item one by one?

I tried to make a delivery through "Tax & rules of calculations" but I do not see the "Vendor" option and if I try to publish it, the discount is available on all my items ... I'm lost.
Assistance will be extremely welcome.

And you seem to be misusing Vendors. Is this a real multi-vendor store or do you actually mean Manufacturers?

I ment "Manufacturer" and not "Vendor"...

Do you think it's possible in that case ? I don't see the manufacturer option in "Tax & rules of calculations"...
