BUG in Custom Fields.....

I found a bug in
Custom Fields -> Custom Field Type: Plug-ins -> Select a plug-in -> Customer text input

Once you set Title you cannot change it. I tried to write something else and when I pres save button nothing change it. May be the same with other plugins....
