Buy now buttons not displaying

Hello,
I've installed virtuemart along with the offline credit card payment extension but the buy now buttons don't display. I've seen other threads but none of the resolutions for the issue have worked in this case. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

The obvious thing here is that you are using Joomla 1.5 - As reported in October 2012,  Joomla 1.5 is no longer supported for VirtueMart. http://virtuemart.net/news/list-all-news/426-end-of-life-for-virtuemart-11-heidelpay-now-in-virtuemart-2012    "the version 2 of VirtueMart is not any longer maintaining joomla 1.5 compatibility."

Now I don't know if that is the cause of your problem, as it could also be inappropriate use of shopper fields as I can see no prices displaying either. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=114811.msg386801#msg386801
