No pop-up showing for Terms of Service

When i click on the Terms of service link
I get no popup like this one here :

Yes I've done that , and do i get the text but instead of a javascript popup i get a link going back to index.php / first page.

I have the same problem. When I click Terms of service link, shows the first page. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Having same issue, but only when user has registered, the terms of service popup doesn't come up.

These were usually caused by JavaScript conflicts.

Hi,
I recently encountered the same "no pop-up showing for TOS" issue after I have upgraded from v 2.0.16 -> 2.0.18
I downgrade back to 2.0.14 and the pop up came back, but I had other problems appearing else where... eg. blank checkout screen.

Anybody ever found a solution for this one?

With options checked in configuration and using VM ver. 2.0.20b on J2.5.11,  I have the same problem. Clicking terms link from cart, opens new browserwindow showing home page on the website.

Any ideas?

Edit: Pheeew - this one was tricky..! Eventually I found this thread (http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=95361.0) which I used as inspiration for a working solution on my site!
