message to check term and condition

Can't understand why as I simulate a purchase, just after I select "checkout" button, VM keeps asking me to check Term and condition without showing the checkmark button.
Does anybody knows it?

Sorry, did not specify that I am using VM 2 and Joomla 2.59

As I select checkout, the "accept term and condition" appears but there is no checkbox to mark, so the sale stops!

Are you using template overrides,  eg a commercial Joomla template with VM styling?

Kelvyn I did it twice, at list about Joomla and VM. Just one hour ago I updated Joomla version to 2.5.11, to check if it'd help.
VM version is the last update 2.0.20b and PHP is PHP Version 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.3+hs.1.
After few css change (color of products name and categories), article tabs upload, an attempt to multilingual (which I have deactivated), I started to note that choosing to buy an item, VM has send me an email rather then take me to payment and delivery page. After that, as I check out the message to "Please mark the checkbox to accept Term&Condition" appeared on the top showing no checkbox to mark!!
What could be happened?
