Affiliate and shipping costs

I'm planning a new e-commerce site that will handle affiliate program.

The customer that will buy the goods also pay the shipping costs that will be related to more shipping depending on the number of affiliates that handle the goods that the customer buys. (I mean if the customer buys a product1 managed by a affiliate1, and a product managed by another affiliate2 the customer will pay the two shipping costs the one for affiliate1 and the other for the affiliate2 and I would like to have the two shipping costs displayed in the shopping .

Does vm2 handle this usecase? If not is there an extension that works ad described?

I know of nothing that would do that. You would have to write your own shipping plugin to do that, or commission a developer.
