Hardline "Shopper Information" no language override

In the site ---/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=editaddresscheckout&addrtype=BT, there is also the fieldset (form) to registrate die userinformation [ST]. The headline for  this is:  "Shopper Information". The [BT] -Information is in the language override. But there is no override for the [ST]-Information.
Does someone know how I am able to translate "Shopper Information" in the form?

I ran into the same problem, As far as i can see it uses the constant "COM_VIRTUEMART_USER_FORM_SHIPTO_LBL" which is defined in ( in my case) nl-NL.com_virtuemart.ini but somehow it doesn't use the correct language. I Hope anyone has an answer to this
