Show Tax and Rules in category view

Hi to all,

I need to add in category view, the name and the percent of discount.

In this moment if I apply  a discount from the product page, in category view I see all the prices, but if I create an rule/tax and apply i see only one price (the sell price), is it possible to show other prices when I apply a rule?
