CREDIT CARD PLUGIN - no payment method matches the characteristics of your order

We have purchased alatak_creditcard - it is installed, published and has options in it but we just get the error:

We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order.

It should autoselect the payment method for all orders.  At which point does the user put in their card details. Our SSL certificate is installed and working.
