Functionalities

Hi all, I would like to know if VirtueMard allows for some functionalities.

Please note I'm not asking "how to" at this stage, I'm still looking for the software to use for this project.

1) it is possible, when submitting cart content, to choose if it's an order or an estimate request.

2) it is possible to specify, client side, different user levels? I would need to have, for each client a group of user, with say, a couple of them able only to add items to the cart, but not to proceed with order submission, and one "super user" able to review the compiled cart, eventually adding/remving items, then submit the order.

3) it is possible, client side, to have a "virtual warehouse" listing all items purchased in all orders, eventually allowing to remove them once used/lost/broken/etc...?
