Wrong added price / percentage in the costumer total

Hello again!  Solved some issues already now I find a new puzzle....

I have have been testing the store and have noticed that when an item is purchsed the stor is increasing it! (%1.3012 to be exact)

It might be that it is calculating a currency but as far as I know I have the same currency set uo throut the shot (USD)

I have revised all settings there are no rules no taxes or anythin (that I know) that could be adding that amount to the final price.

Anyone had this problem before?

Anyone solved it!? 

Hope to hear from anyone who might 'throw some light on this matter.

Fixed it....  some products had the "Apply default rule" and or the "Apply generic rule" tab selected.

To find this:


Go to Producs Tab > Product information Tab > Product pricing Secction below >
There you will find:   Base price and Final Price on the tabs to the right select No Rule (this apply if you need no rules of course)
   
I also unplublished all countries that I did not need on the store. Don't know if this helped or if it is even need to solve the problem so do the prior steps before unplublishing.
