PayPal Payments Pro Plugin Recommendation

I have seen a few different sites out there advertising the PayPal Payments Pro. I have purchased one from a dealer and the support is absolutely terrible, if not existent. I installed the plugin as per the instructions and every time the user makes a purchase, the order is 'cancelled' immediately. Customers are left wondering where their orders are and the shop owner is wondering why orders are cancelled and not processing correctly. I'm about to give up on this one company's plugin.

I ran into another site that sells this plugin and have noticed that it is under investigation for fraud.

Is there a legitimate site that sells the PayPal Payments Pro Plugin which allows for multiple installations and one-year RELIABLE support?
