Template - Change how Featured Products are displayed.

                     Live Site - 5.3.19

Hello Everyone, I'm a Novice, please be kind. I've tried reading up on pHp, but can't seem to find a solution to the following:

I've set featured products to be displayed on the main front page, but would like them to be displayed in the same layout that products are displayed:
http://localhost/mahey2/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_category_id=17&Itemid=193

Currently, featured products are displayed like this: http://www.maheybrothers.com

I tried copying copying and pasting default.php into mod_virtuemart_product but the page went blank. Thats when i realised there's more to copying and pasting (both code and files).

You can't use default.php from product view directly for the product modul. You need a override for mod_virtuemart_product.

Then you must adapt the layout, but you need html and php knowledge.
