Migrate From Aceshop To Virtuemart 2.0.18a & Different Shipping Costs

Morning, from yesterday i had an idea to migrate from my aceshop (it's an opencart extension for joomla 2.5) to virtuemart 2.0.18a because of template problems.

is there any tool that can i use to import (actually i've found only this: https://app.shopping-cart-migration.com/estimator that cost 49$+Tax) that can i use to convert my opencart to virtuemart?

Second question is if there is a way to have different shipping costs by zone (italy/spain/france...)

If you can get a csv output from aceshop then maybe you can edit the tables etc to enable import into VirtueMart using CSVI but a transfer service may be a great timesaver, eg http://www.shopping-cart-migration.com/

With the standard VM shipping plugin you can specify different countries, and this can be further expanded, eg http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=112127.0
