Klarna special campaigns? How to activate it?

I have tried to activate the payment method "Special campaigns" to the Klarna module/plugin, but without luck. According to Klarna everything I do is correct and it should appear in the plugin in the field "Activated payment methods" next to "Invoice" and "Part payment", but it doesn't. Therefor I wonder if this payment method is implemented at all in the plugin and if not, how do I implement it?

Hi,

I noticed that Klarna shows in the options only if I have some products added in the cart. When I went to an empty cart the Klarna option is not visible. Do you have a product in the cart when you go to the choose payment method page?
