Is there any chance to make an override for:

mod_virtuemart_cart.php

I already tried this:
mytemplate/html/mod_virtuemart_cart/mod_virtuemart_cart.php

but it doesn't work

any suggestion that may helps me?! Thanks a lot ... *.tina

Hello,

No you cannot ... you have to edit the  core module file.
If you want to do a lot of modifications create a new module package including all files ...
