upgrade Products from old version to new site

I'm upgrading an older site.  But, but building the site on a new server.   I need someone to back up the old products and move them to the new location.  I'm sure I'll also need some help with shipping and with setting up payments for the company

If this works well, I would set you as manager of this site.  There are frequent changes and additions for this client.

There are 460 products, some with options.
