Ship by country + weight: Also display shipment not match with shopper info?

Hi friends,

Don't know why but on the step "Select shipment method" the VM display not only the shipment (matched with Customer country + weight) but also another shipment methods which are not belong to country + weight of the customer order;

- The first method, which matched with the order has price
- The others has no price
(As attached file)

Is it right? Or did I doing something wrong with my setup?

1/ Add this product to cart (please do not add other because there has no shipment setup for them)
