Restricted Products

I am interested in purchasing this template "http://www.templatemonster.com/virtuemart-templates/32310.html"
However, I have a question. I was wondering if I could restrict customers by country? For example if I only want the particular product's to be sold to customers outside Canada can I assign a restriction to the product so only customers that live outside of Canada can purchase that product's?
