rating not shown, all parameters checked

(site still hiden therefore no url)

the rating module (is it?) on my shop is not showing at all. only a small label underneath the product title "product not yet rated". there was a reinstall of VM some days ago after several bugs within stockable variants/language labels. All is good now, but the ratings seem to be gone....

I am having the exact same problem and I have no idea how to fix it.

Can someone give a answer?
I have also a problem with the rating system on VM 2.0.8
At the source I see this line; <img src="http://www.just-sign.nl/components/com_virtuemart/assets/images/reviews/.png" alt=" Sterren"> 

So you see there is a .png but not the stars name on it.
Please give me a hind where to look for it and solve my problem
