How to populate shopper fields - when manually add row at table

Hi,

We are developing a mobile app and from that app we can add new members, take orders and other stuff.

When a new member is added, this app will trigger and add a new row in the joomla user(_users) and virtuemart user tables(_virtuemart_userinfos, _virtuemart_vmusers). But when we go into Joomla admin and see at VM Shoppers, only the "General User Information" fields are there, the "Additional Information" fields are not populated. How can we trigger that?
