Instead of buy have sell??

I understand Virtuemart 2 is for people looking to sell, but it would be great if there is an option for customers to sell to you.
For example we sell online but we are wanting customers to sell stuff to us too.

I have already asked about this, and got sent a website link for someone who got this working in VM1, but doesnt help me one bit as he has no contact link to contact him how he did it.

Has anyone actually worked out a VM2 for selling and buying?? Im sure there is other businesses out there looking for the same thing, but on all the posts no real answers to good questions.

I am currently using Joomla 2.5 and VM2 (latest version)

I'm also looking for a solution that lets you buy and sell.  Maybe a two cart solution where customer pays what he needs and gets a quotation forwhat he sells to us, then after reviewing the goods will pay by bank transfer.  Any ideas?
Think this will be of great use to a large number of websites
