VM2 _ Looking for Order Quotation Extensions

I have a few clients looking for Extensions for Quotations -

Order is made - emails to client says - order made - please wait for quotation.

vendor receives email and sends back quote - etc

Order confirmed and paid for after - ( If you have a simple hack that just stops the customer email might work just for now)

eg
