failed to open stream error

I am using Joomla 2.5.6. and Im trying to install VirtueMart 2.0.8 stable version. I followed the instructions on: http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Installation_of_VirtueMart_2_with_provided_packages but keep on getting this error message:
