2 prices for 1 product for different countries

Hi,

I sell products globally and at the moment my non-EU invoices include a tax column as I want to sell my products at a constant price regardless of location.

The problem is that EU VAT is not applicable outside the EU and my net price drops for non EU orders. In order to maintain a consistent price and an increased margin on non-EU items, how can I have a price of say £20+£4VAT for EU and a price of £24+£0VAT for non EU?

I searched and found no answers already.
