Calculate final price by product id (developing VM plugin, API functions)

Hi!

I'm develop an module for VM2. The price of product calculation based on base product price, that may be calculate to other currency, some taxes and discounts may be applied. It's very difficult make formula for calculate final price.
Is there any API/library function for calculate product final price?
