Product Page - Changing a Single line text box to mulitiline text box?

Hi there,

I am sure this must be a failry simple one, but we have a bunch of product pages like this one.... http://shop.uniqueglasses.co.uk/index.php/wedding-glasses/stag-pint-glass-detail which which has a single line text box for customers to enter in personalisation details of the product. my question is - how do I make this a multiline text box rather than a single line, would be alot better from the customer point of view.

I can see a few guides for VM1 but not for VM2.......any help would be great!!!
