E-mail in "Shopper list" on backend

Hello,

I would add a new column in shopper list on backend: Address e-mail (attachments).

I edit file .../administrator/components/com_virtuemart/views/user/tmpl/default.php, but I don't know which variable display e-mail..
I would sort by this variable too.

Could you help me please?

Please help..

It is very important,
instead address e-mail it can be name of client..

Maybe somebody know how add it?
