How to Update Virtuemart?

I use Joomla, I was instralled vietuemart 2.0 version, right now there realesed 2.06 version, I want to Update. Can I update use Joomla extension installer? And it's sure won't looses information? (products info)
Can anybody tell me that?Thanks
