wholesale ordering - how to choose multiples of each size?

VM 1.5  display option-
( I used "Use list box for child display")
created multiple quantity boxes (per size) when viewing a product.
that way wholesale clients could choose multiples of each size per product


how to do this in VM 2.0
I have a wholesale site where this is necessary.
