Okay I have read through so many posts and I cannot seem to find the answer. I will try to be as clear as possible and follow the rules so someone will help me.

My problem:

I (the admin/vendor) do not get any notification emails on the following:
-A customer registers using Joomla core login form
I have tested with testing information to register users, occasionally the user will get the email notification that it has been submitted, the admin does not.
-When a customer uses the "ask a question button"
I have tested with a registered test user and the user and the admin do not get an email
-A customer submits an order.
Occasionally the test customer gets an email with the order details but the admin does not.

Things I have tried:
-I found a post to enable multivendor, select shopper as vendor, disable multivendor then edit details (did not work) this was suppose to fix the communication problem from VM to Joomla tables. I am not sure if that is what the issue is
regarding the database tables.
-I have checked the user and vendor ids in phpmyadmin to make sure they are set to 1( does not work)
-checked all my vendor information and joomla superuser information to be correct

We have a live site we are setting up for one of our clients that order fixtures from us. We want to migrate from tienda to VM2 but at this point I cannot find a solution for this very important aspect of the component. I have spent loads of hours searching with google on the forums and have not found a way to fix this.  Please anyone with any input is greatly appreciated.

any other information I will be glad to send someone my credentials for the site to check and make sure I am not missing something simple.

I also should say the way we need the site to function is as follows.

1- Public users can view the product without price and add to car button, after much time we found solutions on how to do it. However we are still trying to figure out how to remove the price label on the non-registered user view.
2- If the public user wants to view pricing and order then they have to create an account, from what I read the joomla core login user account form will connect to VM2, as stated earlier the admin is not notified when the user registers
3- The registered user can view the add to cart and pricing.
