So i have been searching all over the internet for this answer, and many people are pointing out to go to the php files, but it only shows html codes.
The problem is, i bought a quickstart for my webshop, and i want to translate all the text inside my "order confirmation" email from english to danish. My whole website is translated. I have done that in the tab "overrides" even my registration confirmation email was i able to edit through "overrides" in the joomla backend. But when i search a value from the "order confirmation" email, i cant find the bits of text insides the email, onto the "overrides" tab.
So, how do i change all my text inside my order confirmation email to whaterver i want? isnt there some template editor, where you easly can acces the email template and just type in what you want i the email?
It seems a bit bizzard that so many people are writing about "components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl" and editing the php files in there. I find it way to difficult, there must be another way?

I don't know where you bought a VirtueMart 'quickstart' package and which versions of Joomla and VirtueMart you now have installed. There are free 'Quickstart packages' available at: http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files (Choose the latest 'stable' full package)
However, in VirtueMart 2.x there is no need to hack the code. Do you have the danish translation of VirtueMart installed? If not, it is available here:

Pajuh quickstarter, and i do not only want to change the language i also would like to customize the text inside, so the email can get a little more personal, which increases the trust the buyer has to the vendor.

Sounds like you should learn a little bit about how languages/translations work in Joomla and VirtueMart, before you start to add a lot of product descriptions into the wrong database tables (for example entering danish text into english language database tables).

Assuming, that Danish will be your only language for the shop's frontend, your Joomla site language should be set to Danish and you should have selected Danish in the VirtueMart configuration, too. Check using phpmyadmin, if your new product descriptions are stored in the danish VM language table xxxxx_virtuemart_products_da_DK.

Despite using a quickstart' package (probably containing old insecure Joomla/VirtueMart versions), you should install the latest Danish translation from virtuemart.net.

You can customize any Joomla/VirtueMart text using language file overrides. See here: http://docs.joomla.org/J2.5:Language_Overrides_in_Joomla
In addition to that, there are plenty of tutorials available on YouTube and other places in the Internet.
