Hierarchy sort order on multiple prices

Hi,
Here do I set the hierarchy sort order when the product has two prices with two different shopper groups and the client belongs to those two shopper groups?

Shouldn´t this be in Shopper group table?
I already cheeked everywhere, even in DB and couldn´t find anything!
