Bug with tax mode: based on shipping address when no shipping address is given

Please help me  , I'm using VM 2.06

tax shows before i put shipping address..

Hello,

You have in you tax calculation rule (from BE goto Product->Taxes&Calculation Rules->Select your tax rule)  to fill out Shopper Groups (if you have nothing will be shown to anonymous users also) and also please select Country/State that that tax effect to. Then the tax will be shown only when the user login on your site or when during checkout fills out the bill information (state/country).

But the problem is in the guest mode..

There's no issues as registered user.

Hello,

Then may be you should "hide" tax for non registered users (guests) and after a successful login will show the taxes. Go to your tax rule and select the shopper group for registered users only (group -default- or if you have any custom) and be sure you aren't select anonymous group (guests).
