We're using Joomla 1.5.25 and VM 1.1.5 Stable.
We have USPS integrated in for shipping and it does calculate costs for us. With one known exception (so far): Hawaii. Specifically, Kamuela, HI 96743. This has caused issues multiple times already. I've attached a screen shot to show that ground is charging shipping (as it should), but the two by-air options are free. Naturally, our customers there have opted for free shipping (which we don't want).
I have tested the exact same products going to other areas and shipping is always charged. It seems to be a location issue.
We're wondering if we set something up wrong or if this is a bug. And most importantly, how to fix it. Thank you for looking. Below are images that I feel show the issue and some of the basic settings that you'll want to see.
