Since recent USPS Changes I see the following on my check out page:
USPS Express Mail® Hold For Pickup ($24.00) - 1 - 2 Days
USPS Express Mail® Flat Rate Envelope ($18.95) - 1 - 3 Days
USPS Priority Mail® ($5.50) - 2 - 9 Days
USPS Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate Box ($11.35) - 2 - 9 Days

How do I correct the coding? Is it a VM file or USPS issue?

Which module are you using? What version of VM? Always post this type of info when requesting help.
