I'm on Joomla 1.7 and the most recent version of VM 2.0
1. I know there have been posts about removing the Terms of Service (TOS) but I think the information might be outdated. There is only an option Require the user to check it off at every order. When I go to the configure it doesn't let me change it as it says it's core joomla. Does anyone have any information for 2.0?
2. I also want to remove the login fields but it says it's core joomla as well. Any suggestions

If I understood you right, you want to get rid off the user login in the checkout page. At least, I want to do that. If there is no option for registration, there should not be option for login (because no-one has the username and password for login)

Via PhpMyAdmin you can change attributes.
