What is the best way to display related products on the product page?
Is there a VM module for that?

I don't like how it just changes the picture and the customer is required to manually select the color.
Ideally it would just switch to the product page of the related (different colored) product when one clicks the picture.
Appreciate your advice.

VirtueMart 2.0.2 has individual product details templates, including one for related products so you can more easily change the layout and styles.
