When a customer makes a order on the site the customer gets a order confirmation. But i dont get the confirmation that the costumor has made an order. Can someone tell me how this is possible

i think i found the solution.
When i checked my database tables i found something strange.
My admin user was on id_42 i replace it to id_1 and saved it.
now i got on my test site mails from orders. I did this also on my live site (hope it will be ok)
i found this on the database:
Table: "jos_virtuemart_userinfos"
Hope i helped some other people with this error also
