Title: Issue Refund in PayPal

I am using 1.7.3 and VM 2.0

I was wondering what the behaviour should be if I issue a refund in PayPal.  I would like it to change the order status to cancelled and issue a order cancellation email.

If this is not supposed to happen could you point me in the direction to make this occur?

Thanks Stigna ... does it change the order status in VM and send the order cancelation letter from VM?  Do you know if you needed to do any special setup for this?

Yes it changes the order status to cancelled (in our shop) and because it is a status change the customer gets an email.

Hi Stinga ...  Did you need to make any special changes in VM or Paypal to make this happen?
