Title: Setting up USPS shipping

Can someone give me any insight on how to get the USPS  module up and running. I didn't realize that there was coding involved. At least I think there is. I am running on 1.1.4 and Joomla 1.5.25. I'm lost. Please help.....

you need to update your vm to 1.1.19, u will need shipping midule this or higher

The USPS Shipping module v4.1 supporting USPS API v3.


then go to USPS website and get a developers account

you will need
USPS shipping username        
USPS shipping password         
USPS shipping server         
USPS shipping path    


no need for coding,  just enter the values

I've tried updating to 1.1.9 but I always get an error that the files can not be extract to the server. I don't know why. I have all the information in the correct Value areas in the module but it's just not showing up upon check out. Is it because I need to update?
