I have just installed joomla 1.7.3 and VM2 in multilanguage English/french
1. on frontend french, the home texte "We have the best tools for do-it-yourselfers. Check us out! " is not translate in french
2. on frontend english, i don't have this text! nor the image of the featured products, latest productts and so on.
Please, where are the problems?
may be i have missed something?

1. The text is written in configuration - shop
and i translate it in french
2. in product category i translate the product name in french
that's all
