Hi all,

I'm setting up a website for my son's youth football team. They want to be able to do the following:

1) Charge an annual fee for subscription to access website content

2) Once you have paid the subscription fee, you then have access to the content (training plans, diet plans, exercise routines etc). These plans are for sale and subscribed users would then pay a fee per plan they download. Two plans = two items in 'shopping cart'.

Anybody know if Virtuemart will offer that functionality please?

There are better solutions for subscriptions than VM.

I use CBSubs with Community Builder for managing subscriptions http://www.joomlapolis.com There is a plugin to use VirtueMart 1.1.9 on Joomla 1.5 with CB, but I have not yet tried with VirtueMart 2 on Joomla 1.7 (on my todo list).

VirtueMart could certainly handle the product sales.
