Title: Validation doesn't work on shopper fields with "Mootools upgrade" enabled

The jQuery scripts and Mootools are conflicting when Mootools upgrade is enabled in plugin manager preventing shopper fields to get validation.
Is there a way to make them work together? I need the mootools upgrade for Fabrik component (on Joomla 1.5).

Hi,
You can try to add the javascript in your template directly and disable it in virtuemart config

This was already done. As described here http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=95643.0 I have taken the latest js file in the jQuery website and placed it in my template js folder. Is it the right way to proceed or do I have to take the specific jQuery file that comes with VirtueMart?
