Can I add a captcha on my ask a question about product page?
Maybe someone can share a script of how to do that?

Yes you can, but I hate those things.
Search the forum for solutions.
There are other options...
1. Ask another Question. I.E. show an image that says 'Enter 1224' and ask for that, that stops most if not all
2. Change the link to a mailto: this will pop up the users email client, this is what I do.
3. Just remove it all together, customer will send email if they really want help.

I'm using Virtuemart 2 and I only can find solution for version 1. Some help?
