The VirtueMart forum cannot provide support for third party Commercial VirtueMart addons, themes, modules, plugins and hacks. Support for these should be sought from the third party developer, either though their forum, ticket system or by email. This includes addons released under GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) and similar where the developer uses a membership support service to cover their development costs.
Where possible the forum volunteer staff will suggest where support for such products may be obtained.
