I have problem to display æøå on my products in Virtuemart. instead of displaying an æ, ø, å I got a blank character.
I am using the correct Danish language package for joomla and the correct one for Virtuemart.
looked into other link in the forum but i could not find a solution for my problem.
Problem:
my product names don't display ÆØÅ
example:
in Virtuemart the category names display words with æøå correct. but my product names don't. ?

Sounds like an issuse with your character encoding settings in either your browser or your database. Check if your browser character encoding is set to "Unicode utf-8" and also check (with phpMyAdmin) if your database MySQL connection collation to "utf8_general_ci".
