Title: Paypal vs business account?

I configured the site, tested that it went to the paypal pages, etc, using my personal non-business account.

Get the customer's Paypal EMAIL account to enter into the module to complete some live testing (0.01 cent items...) and it gives an error every time that there is a problem with the email address?
Not the case, I assure you, because I can login to paypal with that address and see all things...

HELP?

I should add that I'm using the OLD method with the HTML form.

Any help? Please?  There are so many more settings in the "business" account than there are in a personal one.
This form works when I use my personal account, but, when replacing the email address with that of the business, it's failing.
